Robert Kennedy Jr. announces lawsuit against Google for censorship

The lawsuit alleges that federal officials worked with Google to censor Kennedy in an attempt to create an environment of “political coercion.”

Kennedy filed the complaint on Wednesday in the U.S. District Court Northern District of California against Google, LLC and its subsidiary YouTube, LLC.

“Kennedy has spoken at length about subjects like toxic chemicals, Covid origins, and safety concerns about COVID-19 shots and other vaccines,” Kennedy’s team wrote in a press release Friday.

“Google has justified removing videos that discuss such topics from YouTube by claiming they contain ‘medical misinformation,'” the statement continued. “However, much of the material contained in the videos it removed during the 2024 presidential campaign had nothing to do with public health issues.”

8-year-old falls out of vehicle during Westmoreland County police chase

Police say an 8-year-old girl fell out of a vehicle during a police chase in Westmoreland County.

Officers say the driver, identified as Amanda Shaw, was trying to get someone else to use an anti-drunk-driving interlock system in her car, then drove away after seeing police.

According to the criminal complaint, when the vehicle made a sharp turn, the 8-year-old fell out the front passenger window. Police stopped to help the girl. The complaint doesn’t say if the child was injured.

Officers later found Shaw near her home on Woodmont Avenue. Police say she failed a field sobriety test and was driving on a suspended license.

Will judge toss Hunter plea deal, the rise of low-level crime and…

Conservative: Will Judge Toss Hunter Plea Deal?

“It’s rare for a judge to rip up a plea arrangement,” notes The Wall Street Journal’s William McGurn. But Hunter Biden’s, which is “scheduled to be approved Wednesday in Delaware by U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika,” has “become an issue.” The question is “whether the two powerful institutions that handled this investigation and came up with this sweetheart deal — the FBI and the Justice Department — can be trusted.” And “Congress has unearthed troubling allegations” against Hunter and his father “that are increasingly specific and backed up by witnesses,” even as “someone isn’t telling the truth” about whether Delaware US Attorney David Weiss actually had the authority to charge the first son. Tearing up the plea deal would be “well within Judge Noreika’s discretion.”

Joe Biden’s “reelection campaign is ‘addressing his age’ ” problem — with help from NBC, scoffs Stephen Green at PJMedia. In a recent report, NBC admitted Biden relies on an “extra-large font on his teleprompter and note cards to remind him” of points to make. Yet it “failed to mention that Biden still fumbles his way through his note cards — particularly with Israeli president Isaac Herzog last week — and that his so-called press conferences include scripted questions presented by approved reporters.” “While conceding that Biden is indeed old, the report omits vital facts and ends on an upbeat note.” “NBC can’t hide Biden’s age,” but it “can spin it as nothing more concerning than the occasional flub” on which those “nasty Republicans can pounce.”

Pittsburgh’s Daniel Moore wins big in his ‘Jeopardy!’ debut

In his “Jeopardy!” debut, Pittsburgher Daniel Moore showed off his seriously strong smarts in winning Friday night’s airing of the popular game show. Things didn’t start off so well for Moore, as he missed his first answer. But after that, Moore put on a clinic.

Moore missed the Final Jeopardy answer and both of his competitors — two-day champ Ittai Sopher and Allison Madson — got it right. However, Moore had built up such a lead by then that they were unable to catch him. Moore finished the game off with $25,000. And another appearance on Monday’s show.

Pittsburgh Mayor Ed Gainey took to Twitter to celebrate Moore’s win. Turns out, Moore works in the mayor’s Office of Business Diversity.
