A man is in custody after crews were called to an early morning fire in Latrobe, Westmoreland County, on Wednesday.
Latrobe Police said the fire was the result of a domestic dispute. Dale Smith Jr., 34, faces multiple charges, including arson, terroristic threats and causing and risking a catastrophe.
