Sherri Keefer had last been seen walking in the Brighton Heights neighborhood on Dec. 1.
A release from the Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office said Keefer was found Sunday on the 4400 block of Ohio River Boulevard in Bellevue.
Police said a future report from the medical examiner’s office would provide the cause and manner of Keefer’s death.
