A woman is dead and two others sustained suspected serious injuries after a wrong-way crash that closed all eastbound lanes of Interstate 376 in Aliquippa Friday night.
According to a tweet from PennDOT, the crash took place between Exit 39 towards Monaca and Exit 45 towards Aliquippa.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, three cars were involved in the crash. A Honda Civic was driving west in the eastbound lane and collided with a Toyota Rav4. The Honda then hit a Subaru Forester about a quarter mile west of the initial crash.
