Police responded to the intersection of Smithfield Street and Fourth Avenue in Downtown Pittsburgh on Tuesday afternoon.

The shooting happened after an argument between two men. Police said the woman was not involved.
Police say the intended victim stayed on scene and talked with officers.
No suspects are in custody at this time and no gun was recovered.
