Big backups were building on the Parkway East Wednesday after a multi-vehicle accident on the outbound side.
This is happening as drivers approach the Squirrel Hill Tunnel near the Beechwood Boulevard exit. The crash happened just after 6 a.m. Wednesday and it involved two tractor trailers and two cars.
