Damian Rivers, 47, is facing multiple charges involving thefts.
Police said they recently questioned Rivers about items reported stolen or missing from apartments at Walnut Crossings, where he worked as a maintenance man.
Police said during that questioning, Rivers admitted to taking the items and then selling them at a local pawn shop.
Police said Rivers told them the thefts began back in the summer.
As of early Wednesday morning, Rivers had not yet been arraigned on the charges in this case.
