A teen was shot in the leg Friday morning in Pittsburgh’s Spring Hill neighborhood, according to police.Pittsburgh police responded about 7:20 a.m. to an apartment building on Rhine Place and found a 14-year-old boy with a gunshot wound to his leg, said Public Safety spokesman Maurice Matthews.
