A woman is charged with criminal homicide following a deadly shooting in Duquesne on Saturday evening.
Latiya Hicks, 24, of Braddock, is charged with criminal homicide.
Allegheny County police said that the shooting happened around 6:10 p.m. A man was found dead with a gunshot wound to the chest.On Sunday morning, the Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s office identified the victim as Lamont Nichols, 30, of Pittsburgh.
Hicks faces a preliminary hearing in April.
