A man walking across a busy Pittsburgh street was taken to the hospital after being hit by a vehicle on Sunday.
First responders were dispatched at 11:35 a.m. to the intersection of Baum Boulevard and South Graham Street, which is on the border between the Bloomfield and Friendship neighborhoods. According to Pittsburgh Public Safety, a 40-year-old man was found having been struck by a vehicle.
He was taken to the hospital in critical condition with head injuries.The driver of the vehicle initially left the scene, but later came back with someone else driving, Public Safety officials said. Pittsburgh police are interviewing the driver.
