Home invasion happened early Thursday morning
Pittsburgh Public Safety said three to five people forced their way into a home with three of them carrying firearms.
A man in the home was pistol-whipped and the woman suffered facial injuries.
Neither needed to be taken to the hospital.
Pittsburgh Public Safety said the people involved in the home invasion stole $200 in cash, a handgun and car keys before taking off in the victims’ blue Honda Accord.
That vehicle was later found in Arnold but the suspects had already taken off.
As of Thursday morning, no arrests had been announced.
