The Ohio River at Pittsburgh is currently at 19.5 feet. It is forecast to crest Monday afternoon at 21.5 feet, just 6 inches shy of flooding the 10th Street Bypass. The river is forecast to recede and drop below flood stage at the Mon Wharf (18 feet) by Thursday morning.
