ARNOLD, Pa. —
The death of a man in Arnold, Westmoreland County, was under investigation Friday night, the coroner’s office said.
Allen Lamont Austin Jr., 29, of Pittsburgh, was found dead in the 1600 block of Cherry Alley, Coroner Tim Carson said in a statement.
According to our partners at the Trib, the victim had been shot and was found by an Arnold police officer around 6 p.m.Carson said the cause and manner of death are pending autopsy results and further investigation.
The District Attorney’s Office and Arnold police are investigating.
