Britney Goodwine, 32, is facing multiple charges
The incident happened on Thanksgiving Day, with police releasing information on Tuesday.
Investigators said troopers tried to pull over a vehicle for a traffic violation in the southbound lanes of I-79 in Mercer County.
Police said the vehicle did not stop and a 45-mile high speed chase continued, with state police in Butler using stop sticks south of exit 99.
