The new store at a Pittsburgh mall is slated to open next year.
BETHEL PARK, PA — Construction has begun at South Hills Village on a project that will transform the long-vacant Sears space into an Iowa department store chain’s first Pennsylvania location. Iowa-based Von Maur plans to open the two-story, 118,000-square-foot store next fall.
