A suspect has been in connection to several recent fires in Arnold and New Kensington, Westmoreland County.
According to court documents, 21-year-old Andrew Joseph Bischof, of Arnold, is being charged on several counts, including arson, risking catastrophe and criminal trespass. There are 27 charges in total across the four different fires. All are listed as felonies.
The fires happened Sept. 30 and Oct. 1.
