Shooting happened early Friday morning
The victim was found in a vehicle with gunshot wounds to the chest and arm.
Pittsburgh Public Safety said responding officers applied a tourniquet and took other emergency first aid measures until paramedics arrived on scene and took the victim to the hospital.
The shooter was seen running from the scene but as of early Friday morning, no arrests had been made.
