First responders were called to the 900 block of Pennsylvania Avenue Tuesday afternoon.
Detectives tell Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 that a male victim had been shot in the chest by a male suspect outside of the post office near the intersection of Pennsylvania and Allegheny Avenues.
Sky 4 over the scene on Pennsylvania Avenue saw yellow tape closing off the road as police investigated. The scene has since cleared.
