Someone is holding a jackpot-winning Pennsylvania Lottery ticket worth $2 million that was sold in the city of Pittsburgh.
Lottery officials said the winning ticket was sold at Dave’s BP, 4260 Evergreen Road, which is in Pittsburgh’s Summer Hill neighborhood.
