UPDATE: Police have arrested another 13-year-old they said is responsible for the shooting.
Saturday morning, police said a 13-year-old suspect was responsible for the incident. He is facing aggravated assault and tampering with evidence charges. The charges were filed in juvenile court, police said.
County homicide detectives are investigating. Anyone with information is asked to call 833-ALL-TIPS. Anonymous calls will be accepted.
