PITTSBURGH —Bigelow Boulevard was closed inbound toward downtown Pittsburgh after a fatal crash early Friday evening.
The crash happened just outside downtown at Frank Curto Park shortly before 4:15 p.m.
The medical examiner said Lonnie J. Middleton III, 52, of Pittsburgh, died at the scene.
Pittsburgh police said the man died after his vehicle went off the road and hit a tree.
