The derailment happened in the 2400 block of Freeport Road. Freeport Road is closed in both directions between Hulton Bridge and Guys Run Road due to the crash. Several train cars have gone into Little Deer Creek, a tributary to the Allegheny River.
There’s no report on injuries.
