Amazon says the new delivery station will help speed up deliveries for customers in the Pittsburgh area.
PITTSBURGH —
An Amazon delivery station is coming to Pittsburgh’s Lawrenceville neighborhood.
It will be built at the former site of the Sears Outlet building on 51st Street, and is expected to open sometime next year.
The new station will power Amazon’s last-mile capabilities to speed up deliveries for customers in the Pittsburgh area, company spokesman Andre Woodson said.
