Gov. Tom Wolf is acting like a “king” and is trampling their rights under the state constitution, two Pennsylvania couples are claiming in a newly filed federal lawsuit, the latest legal challenge to the governor’s handling of the COVID-19 pandemic.

And they claim the governor’s face mask wearing mandate has become a form of political expression that is being illegally imposed on Pennsylvanians.
