PITTSBURGH, Pa. — Pittsburgh Police responded to a bank robbery in Downtown Pittsburgh Tuesday morning.
Officers were called to the First National Bank at 307 Fourth Avenue around 9:15 a.m.
According to police, the suspect said that he had a gun and demanded money.
The suspect tried to get away on a bus.
The suspect left the bank on a bus and police were able to take him into custody in the Midtown area.
Police have not released the name of the suspect but said that charges are pending.
