An area resident was jailed over the weekend after he reportedly strangled a relative inside a Laurel Lane residence in Latrobe.
According to an affidavit of probable cause filed in the cause, members of the Latrobe City Police Department were dispatched at approximately 2:56 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 7, to a Laurel Lane location for a report of a domestic dispute.
Upon arrival, officers met with 43-year-old Joshua Lynn Poole, who was standing in the front yard outside the residence.
