PITTSBURGH —
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is giving a second chance to certain drivers who are facing a license suspension.
PennDOT just launched a new Driver Improvement School course for Pennsylvanians who have a lot of points on their driving records or a conviction for excessive speeding.
Now, they can get a hearing where a determination will be made on whether they should get the suspension or if they could benefit from the new driver improvement program.
