Authorities say four Philadelphia men are facing charges following a pair of drug busts in Johnstown Wednesday. According to the Cambria County District Attorney’s office, the Cambria County Drug Task Force, along with the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General, police and federal agents served multiple search warrants at two Johnstown-area residences, located along McCabe Street and Adams Street.
