Man killed in shooting early Sunday morning in Johnstown | WJAC

The Cambria County District Attorney’s Office issued a press release Sunday morning regarding a shooting which occurred Sunday at 12:56 A.M. in Johnstown.

According to District Attorney Greg Neugebauer, the Johnstown Police Department was called to the 600 block of Horner Street in the City of Johnstown for a report of shots fired.

The release says one man was transported to Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center with multiple gunshot wounds to the torso and pronounced dead on arrival.

Cambria County Coroner Jeff Lees ruled the manner of death to be homicide and will provide the name of the victim at a later time, the release states.
