For the second time this year, a lottery ticket with a $1 million prize has been sold at a grocery store in Lower Burrell, Westmoreland County.
A winning ticket in the $1,000,000 Cash King scratch-off game was sold at Community Supermarket on Leechburg Road, the Pennsylvania Lottery announced Friday.
