PITTSBURGH — A person told police he was attacked when a group of males broke into his home Monday morning in Pittsburgh’s Perry North neighborhood before stealing his car.
The home invasion happened about 6 a.m. on Richey Avenue.
Police said the person who was inside the home told them the group broke in, assaulted him and stole items, including his car keys. The group then got away in the victim’s red Dodge Challenger.
The victim was evaluated by paramedics for minor injuries, police said.
