14-year-old boy stabbed in Pittsburgh, receives help outside car dealership in Castle Shannon – WPXI

PITTSBURGH — A 14-year-old boy was stabbed multiple times in Pittsburgh early Wednesday morning, police said.

The stabbing happened about 12:30 a.m. in the Beechview/Brookline area of the city, but police were called to help the boy at a car dealership in Castle Shannon.

It was about 1 a.m. when officers from several departments, including Pittsburgh, Castle Shannon, Mt. Lebanon and Baldwin, went to the Kenny Ross dealership on Library Road. The boy was in a car in the parking lot, along with two juvenile girls and another juvenile boy, police said.

An officer treated the boy’s injuries and called paramedics, Castle Shannon’s police chief said. The boy was taken to a hospital. His condition has not been released.

Pittsburgh police are handling the investigation.
