Police say the 62-year-old woman was last seen in Pittsburgh’s Oakland neighborhood and is known to frequent the Lawrenceville area.
Police said Carol Wells, 62, is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall and 210 pounds, with blonde hair and hazel eyes.
