$1 million winning lottery ticket sold at UPMC Mercy in Pittsburgh

Someone who bought a scratch-off lottery ticket in Pittsburgh hit the jackpot for $1 million.

A winning “Mining for Millions” scratch-off ticket was sold at the gift shop at UPMC Mercy hospital, Pennsylvania Lottery officials said Wednesday.
