WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A home was destroyed by fire in Westmoreland County Thursday morning.
The flames started around 10:30 a.m. at a home on Georges Street in Washington Township.
A man in his 80s lived at the home and told Channel 11 that a wood burner had malfunctioned.
