Police: Johnstown man charged after shooting out vehicle window with gun | WJAC

Police say a Johnstown man has been charged with reckless endangerment after firing a gun at a vehicle near several homes.

According to the West Hills Regional Police Department, officers were called Friday to the 100 block of Norton Road after neighbors reported hearing a gunshot.

The neighbors reported that 31-year-old Randy Spicher was inside the home and intoxicated, according to police.

Police say they announced more than 30 times for the home to be evacuated and for Spicher to come to the front door with his hands in the air.

Spicher is being lodged in the Cambria County Prison in lieu of $30,000 bail.
