One of the breaks happened on 20th Street at East Carson Street, shutting down the westbound side of East Carson Street near that intersection.
Another happened on Sarah Street near East Carson Street. Sarah Street is being blocked in that area.
A third water main break happened right outside of a home on Short Street in Baldwin.
