HEMPFIELD TOWNSHIP, Pa. —
A Greensburg man is charged with carrying a firearm without a license after he was found to have a gun inside of Live! Casino in Hempfield Township, Westmoreland County.
State police said it happened after Kenneth Czarnecki, 21, was already banned from the casino for 24 hours for bringing a prohibited weapon inside.
Police said Czarnecki returned Tuesday morning, before that ban was over, and was spotted with a loaded pistol magazine in his waist band.State police said as Czarnecki was removed from the casino floor he was discovered to be concealing a gun.
Investigators said Czarnecki did not have a valid conceal carry permit, as it had been revoked.He faces a preliminary hearing later this month.
