A 36-year-old Johnstown man has been charged with a felony count of possession with intent to deliver marijuana and a handful of misdemeanors.
In charges filed Monday, state police said Anthony B. Elliott of Shady Lane ordered dozens of THC vape cartridges during the summer and fall of 2018. He would pick up the items after they were delivered via U.S. Postal Service to a Main Street address in Paint Borough.
