3 arrested after protests, vandalism of Pittsburgh City-County Building

PITTSBURGH — Three people were arrested amid protests Wednesday in Pittsburgh during which the City-County Building was vandalized.

Michael Frank, 33, is accused of spray painting a red hammer and sickle onto the building on Grant Street. He had a can of red spray paint when he was arrested.

Caleb Seaman, 24, and James Page, 26, were also arrested for their involvement in vandalism, which included throwing construction signs, cones and trash cans onto downtown streets.There were several groups protesting Wednesday in the city. Some people broke off from them and became destructive.
