A man is dead after a stabbing early Sunday.
Investigators said Police and medics responded to a man having a seizure in the 100 block of Buente Street around 12:50 a.m.
When arriving, they discovered the man was stabbed. He was taken to the hospital, but he was pronounced dead around 1:15 a.m.At this time, police said one person was detained for questioning, but no suspect descriptions if any have been given.
