STEUBENVILLE, Oh. (WTOV) — A shooting in Steubenville left an SUV damaged by gunfire.
It happened around 10:15 p.m. on Saturday, according to Steubenville Police Department records.
Witnesses told police that a white sedan opened fire on a black 2020 Ford Escape near the intersection of Oregon Avenue and Wilkins Avenue.
