Man accused of delivering bricks of heroin to patient rehabbing in North Huntingdon care home

Ross J. Lisi is charged with possession and delivery of a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of drug paraphernalia before District Judge Wayne Gongaware. Lisi was arraigned in Westmoreland County Night Court before District Judge Michael Mahady and held in the Westmoreland County Prison after failing to post $75,000 bail.
