Owner of small Westmoreland County store accused of selling stolen goods

The owner of a small grocery store in Mount Pleasant Township, Westmoreland County is accused of selling stolen items such as soda, energy drinks, coffee, laundry detergent and meats.

Melvin McCloy, known in the community as “Beanie,” was charged Thursday following a three-year investigation.
