Authorities are still looking for two people who evaded apprehension as Westmoreland County sheriff’s deputies tried to serve a warrant on them.

The Tribune-Review reports that deputies were trying to serve arrest warrants for James Hayes and Jillian Richter on Motordrome Road in South Huntingdon Township. The two were in a car when police approached their home, and the two started to flee. They led police on a high speed chase on Motordrome and Matty roads and then into a wooded area off Dutch Hollow road, where their car crashed.

The two were able to escape capture, but police are still looking for them. If you have seen them, call police.
