Route 22 crash claims Greensburg driver, sends 2 passengers to hospitals | TribLIVE

A Greensburg man was killed and two passengers were injured after his car was rear-ended by a pickup truck Friday morning on Route 22 in Salem, according to state police.

Police said Charles Vincent Hodgkins, 27, was trapped in the car and had to be freed by firefighters.

Brittany Ann Hodgkins, 28, of Greensburg,  suffered a significant injury, police said.

A 3-year-old Greensburg girl  was taken to Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, according to police.
