(KUTV) The remains of a man believed to belong to a man though to have shot park ranger in 2010 were found Thursday according to the Grand County Sheriff’s Office.

A bone was found with a bag containing a handgun and magazine in the area adjacent to Tangrila Ranch, an area where there was an intensive search for the suspect Lance Leeroy Arellano in 2010. He was 40 when police were looking for him. It was believed he was the man who shot state park ranger Brody Young on Nov. 19, 2010.
